Release summary
This release introduces the planned volcanoes, along with a refactor of the Dashboard UI and Global page.
Note: like with Popocatépetl, Sakurajima is poorly covered by the USGS and EMSC networks, so the dedicated page currently shows almost no earthquake data. I'm going to add the local Japanese earthquake network to properly cover the area's smaller, non-devastating events as well.
Features
Dashboard widgets - the Dashboard is now a collection of unified widgets. Much cleaner.
Global page - it now acts as a dispatch hub that sends you to dedicated pages for each functionality.

After some real-life experience, I'm dropping the idea of big planned releases and switching to frequent tiny ones - just picking 1-2 things from the "Coming soon" backlog and shipping them when ready. Let's see how it goes.
